Your training plan will include structured session plans, organised weekly depending upon when and how often you can workout. Whether it’s 2 days a week, or 5, the guide will be tailored to you and your goals. Included in each session will be a detailed description of each exercise, what equipment you will need, and all the extra information required to perform successfully on your own. The frequency, duration, weight and intensity will be given for each exercise and it will also include important tips and pointers to ensure you practice good form during each session.
Do not worry, I am available to answer any questions via email! If you are unsure on any exercises or how to perform with the correct form, I can send a video demonstration. Alternatively, if you would like some reassurance on your form, you can email across a video of yourself performing the exercise and I will give tips on how to correct it.
No you don't! Each plan is tailored to you, so if you're a member of a gym or not, have loads of equipment or none, your plan will only include what you have access to, even down to how much space you have!
