For those looking to optimise performance in their specialised sport, or for those who have sustained an injury and are either in pain/discomfort, or have been out of exercise for a long period of time and are looking to get back to full strength. Rehab sessions with me will help maintain health and fitness, recover from and prevent injury and reduce pain through exercise, movement and manual based therapeutic interventions.
Sessions specific to the injury and the sport of the individual: Both gym and outdoor sessions
Gym based interventions that focus of rebuilding strength to reverse the negative effects of musculoskeletal injuries that have had immediate and significant detrimental effects on bodily functions and movement patterns. Comes with session plan to do at home including exercises and stretches.
Using a series of strengthening exercises, movement techniques, stretching and massage interventions in the process of rehabilitation.
