Unfortunately you cant, although if you are unable to continue due to medical issues; if evidence is provided (a doctor's note stating procedure/why exercise will he worsening/harmful) a full refund will be granted.
Of course! There are no specific requirements that you need to meet to have a personal trainer. If you don't know what you are doing, or you do but lack motivation I am here to guide you and motivate you. If the gym scares you, I will make you feel at ease. If you know what your doing but want to be pushed harder, I will challenge you. if your in good shape but want to get to the next level, I will take you there!
Block booking to not expire! so if you are going away for a long period of time, Have an injury or other medical situation (both physically and mentally) and are not deemed fit or in a state of mind to train, do not worry! all sessions are logged and remaining sessions can continue when back/fit/ready
No I do not! if you have booked in a session, regardless if pre-paid or not, and for whatever reason are unable to attend. Do not worry, you will not be charged! However, if you do not turn up to a prepaid session, you will loose the session and not be refunded. On all cancellations, it would be much appreciated if you can give as much notice as possible.
Yes!!! I understand a gym environment may be scary and quite daunting for some, so both PT sessions and Massages can be performed in the comfort of your own home with no additional cost! You wont need to provide any equipment My PT services can also be performed outdoors!
Sessions would typically last an hour, however if an hour is too much, sessions can be reduced to the clients needs. The price will also be reduced.
I do a lot of Boxing fitness incorporating body weight circuits with pad work and outdoor football sessions/coaching with the use of a ball and other equipment. I specialise in sport specific training, helping my clients optimise their performance, both there fitness and technical ability.
No I am not! Although I am not a certified physiotherapist, my extensive background in sport science, strength and conditioning and sports massage therapy has helped me deal with many sports injuries. I have helped a number of clients within their rehabilitation process.
There is no real answer to this as will depend on the individual. Frequency of sessions depend on your goals and how quick you want to reach them! Although time can influence session frequency your motivation is the best determiner of success. The more work you put in the better the results achieved so don't make excuses. Be careful of overtraining, do not burn yourself out and over train a particular muscle as this can have adverse effects of adaptation, make sure you give each muscle group an appropriate rest period and loo after your body with regular stretching and good nutrition.
I have no specific hour. I am available 24/7! I go the extra mile for my clients! if you are willing to put 100% in during my sessions, I am willing to put 100% in to you! if you want a session @2:00am we are on! I tain when its most convenient for my clients therefore am very flexible! Only time i will not be able to to is when im playing football myself or if a client already has your prefered time slot.
