As well as being a certified Personal Trainer, having a level 3 Sports Massage qualification and having achieved a Masters degree in strength and conditioning; both performance and recovery are areas I excel at. With an extensive background in nutrition, I also help my clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health and wellness.
